Refunds and payment reviews

Last updated:

A crypto payment cannot be pulled back once the network has confirmed it. This page says what can still be returned, and how to ask for a review.

You paid a website through Aixpa

The goods or credits you bought come from that website, and so does a refund: ask the site first. Aixpa cannot reverse a confirmed payment and does not decide a dispute between a site and its customer.

A payment that went wrong

A payment that was too small, late or sent twice is credited for what arrived, or held until a person has reviewed it. Coins sent on the wrong network or in the wrong coin may be impossible to recover. Write to us with the invoice ID, the coin and the transaction hash.

The Aixpa fee

The fee of 0.5% is taken when a payment is credited to a project. It is not returned when the project later refunds its own customer.

Advertising balance

A top-up becomes Aixpa balance. The part you did not spend can be withdrawn to FaucetPay or on-chain: from $0.05 to $50 a payout, up to $200 a day. Ads that were delivered are not refunded, except views and clicks we find were not real. Rules: advertiser policy.

Payouts

A payout goes to the address you gave and cannot be called back. When a send fails, the amount returns to the balance it came from. When the result is uncertain, the payout is held until a person has checked that nothing was sent; only then is it returned.

Offers and PTC rewards

A network can take an offer back after it paid; the publisher's share of it is then taken back too. A reward you earned on a website is paid by that website, in its own currency. Rules: publisher terms.

How to ask for a review

Use the contact form with the topic "Payments, payouts and refunds". Give the invoice or payout ID, the coin and the transaction hash, and an address where we can answer. If you disagree with the answer, write again under "Complaint".
