Privacy Policy

Aixpa (aixpa.store) provides crypto payment processing, instant withdrawals, PTC and offerwall services, an ad network and sign-in services for websites and apps ("projects"). Contact: [email protected].

• Account data: email address, name and account type. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email, name and a Google user ID. We do not receive your Google password.
• Sign-in to partner sites: when you sign in to a project with Google or an email code, the project receives your email address (and name for Google). Sign-in codes are sent through our email provider (Resend) and stored only as a hash for 10 minutes.
• Wallet sign-in: your public wallet address and the signed sign-in message. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases and never request transaction approvals at sign-in.
• Payments and withdrawals: invoice amounts, selected coin, deposit and payout addresses, transaction hashes and status.
• Ads and PTC: IP address, user identifier supplied by the publisher project, and impression, click and view events, used for billing and fraud prevention.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs used for security and rate limiting.

• To provide the service: process payments and withdrawals, credit balances, deliver notifications to connected projects.
• To prevent fraud and abuse (duplicate views, bots, spoofed traffic).
• To keep accurate financial records.

We do not sell personal data.

• Payment gateways (self-hosted Bitcart, NOWPayments) receive the invoice amount and coin, identified only by a neutral Aixpa invoice ID.
• Connected projects receive the results you authorize, such as your verified email or wallet address at sign-in, and payment or reward confirmations.
• Ad networks integrated in the offerwall receive the data needed to credit completed offers.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Aixpa uses Google Sign-In only to verify your email address and name. This data is used solely to create and secure your account and to confirm your identity to projects you choose to sign in to. Aixpa's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Financial records are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, session tokens as hashes, and connections use TLS. You can ask us to delete your account; records required for financial integrity may be retained in anonymized form.
