Terms of Service

Aixpa provides crypto payment processing, withdrawals, PTC and offerwall services, an ad network and sign-in services. By creating an account or using Aixpa through a connected project you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and project secret keys confidential. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

• Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Send the exact amount, coin and network shown on the invoice.
• Underpaid, late, or wrong-coin payments may be credited partially or held for manual review.
• Withdrawals are sent to the address you provide. Transactions sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
• Fees, minimums and limits are shown before you confirm and may change.

• Advertisers must not promote illegal content, malware, phishing, or misleading offers. Campaigns are reviewed and can be rejected or stopped.
• Publishers must not generate artificial traffic, clicks or views. Invalid activity is not paid and may be reversed.
• Merchants are responsible for the goods and services they sell and for complying with the laws that apply to them.

You may not use Aixpa for money laundering, fraud, sanctioned persons or jurisdictions, or any unlawful activity.

The service is provided "as is". Crypto prices are volatile and blockchain networks may be delayed. To the extent permitted by law, Aixpa is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by third-party networks, wallets or gateways.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
