Advertiser Policy
Last updated:
Rules for campaigns on the Aixpa ad network: PTC, banner, text and new-tab ads. A person reviews every campaign before it runs. These rules add to the Terms of Service.
What an ad may not promote
- Anything the acceptable use policy forbids.
- Malware, phishing, wallet drainers, fake airdrops and fake giveaways.
- Money-doubling offers, pyramid schemes and promises of a fixed return.
- A brand, a person or a product you have no right to use.
- Offers that mislead: hidden costs, false prices or false claims about what a product does.
What an ad must do
- Lead to the address stated in the campaign, and say honestly what the visitor finds there.
- Open a page that works on a phone and lets the visitor leave.
- Stay free of forced redirects, automatic downloads, fake system warnings and sound that starts by itself.
Review
A new campaign waits for review before it runs. It can be rejected, and a running campaign can be stopped when it breaks these rules. Ask for the reason through the contact form.
Budget and billing
Campaigns are paid from your Aixpa balance. The smallest top-up is $1 and Aixpa's fee on a top-up is 0%; the gateway's own fee is passed on at cost.
You are charged as ads are delivered: PTC per view, from $0.001; banners from $0.10, text ads from $0.05 and new-tab ads from $0.50 per thousand. You can cap what a campaign delivers in a day.
Invalid traffic
Every view and click passes checks before it is charged; one that fails is not billed. If you think you paid for traffic that was not real, write to us with the campaign and the day. We look at the events and return what was charged wrongly.
Budget you did not spend
Budget a campaign did not use stays in your Aixpa balance, for the next campaign or to withdraw. How a withdrawal works: refunds.
When a campaign is stopped
Ads delivered before the stop stay charged. A campaign stopped for fraud or malware can lead to the suspension of the account behind it.
