A question about an account, a payment, ads or your data: write it here. A person reads every message, and you need no account to send one.
What to put in a message
- Payment or payout: the invoice or payout ID, the coin and the transaction hash.
- Account: the email address or wallet address you sign in with.
- Abuse: the address of the site or the ad, and what happened. See the acceptable use policy.
Never send a password, a secret key, a recovery key or a wallet seed phrase. We never ask for one.
What happens to your message
It is stored, shown to the team and deleted a year after it arrived. No IP address is stored with it. Without a reply address we can read your message but cannot answer it. More in the privacy policy.
