Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:
These rules apply to every account, project, payment, campaign and visitor that passes through Aixpa. They are part of the Terms of Service.
Not allowed anywhere on Aixpa
- Goods, services or content that are illegal where they are offered or where they are bought.
- Fraud, phishing, malware, wallet drainers, fake airdrops and impersonation of a person or a brand.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing and dealings with sanctioned persons or places.
- Content that sexualises minors or exploits people, and threats or calls to violence.
- Stolen data, stolen accounts and anything that infringes the rights of others.
Payments
Do not use payments to hide where money comes from, split a payment to slip under a review, take money for goods you do not deliver, or collect payments for a business that is not yours without telling us first.
Ads and offers
An ad says honestly what it leads to. No forced redirect, no automatic download, no fake system warning and no button that pretends to be something else. The full rules: advertiser policy.
Traffic and rewards
Views, clicks and completed offers come from real people who chose them. No bots, scripts, click farms, hidden or stacked ads, and no second account to collect a reward twice. The full rules: publisher terms.
The service itself
- Do not probe, overload or attack Aixpa, or try to reach data that is not yours.
- Do not automate sign-up, sign-in, checkout or the dashboard. Scripts and AI agents use the API and personal API tokens.
- Keep to the rate limits, and keep secret keys and tokens secret.
- Found a security problem? Tell us through the contact form before you tell anyone else.
What we do about a breach
We can reject or stop a campaign, hold a payment or a payout until a person has reviewed it, take back earnings that came from invalid traffic, and suspend a project or an account. Serious abuse is stopped at once, without notice. Fraud signals are shared between connected sites, and we answer lawful requests from authorities.
Report abuse or disagree with a decision
Use the contact form: the topic "Report abuse" for a site, an ad or an account that breaks these rules, the topic "Complaint" when you think we decided wrongly. Say what happened and where; a person reads it.
